시놉시스Synopsis
람빅은 수백 년 전부터 벨기에에서만 양조되는 전통 맥주 스타일로, 자연발효와 숙성이 중요한 요소로 알려져 있고 현재까지 그 생산 과정과 효모가 신비에 싸여 있다. 벨기에의 람빅 양조장들을 탐방하며 고대 맥주 양조법과 오래 이어져온 이들의 열정을 마시는 시간을 갖는다.
Lambic is a style of beer that has been brewed in Belgium since hundreds of years ago, and today it still remains under that almost magical halo around its production process and the mysterious yeast that make it possible. Lambic: about time & passion is a project that we started as a way of giving voice to lambic beer and to those characters that play an important role in the development and preservation of this ancient style of beer.
감독Director
바르셀로나에서 영화학을 전공했다. 비디오 아트, 비디오 매핑 등 광고, 다큐멘터리와 같은 시청각 프로젝트를 주로 작업했다. 2019년 첫 번째 다큐멘터리 연출작인 <람빅, 시간과 열정의 맥주>를 만들었고, 현재 두 번째 작품인 <About the terroir in craft beer>를 촬영 중이다.
Daniel Ruiz majored in Film Studies in Barcelona. He mainly worked on audiovisual projects such as video art, video mapping, advertisement, and documentaries. In 2019, he directed his first documentary film <Lambik, About Time and Passion>, and is currently shooting his second film <About the Terroir in Craft Beer>
