시놉시스Synopsis
완전 극과 극인 자매 누르와 카리나가 조부모님의 결혼기념일에 재회한다. 요리한 음식을 먹던 카리나는 가려움을 느끼며 온몸을 긁기 시작하고, 음식에 마늘을 넣었다며 누르를 비난한다.
When polar opposite sisters Nur and Karina reunite for their grandparents' wedding anniversary dinner, Karina starts itching and blames Nur for putting garlic in her food.
감독Director
토론토와 자카르타를 기반으로 활동하는 인도네시아 영화감독 겸 극작가. 단편 데뷔작인 <Srikandi>는 토론토, 밴쿠버, 선댄스 아시아 등에서 상영됐으며 최근에는 다큐멘터리 <Brown Enough>를 공동 연출했다. <샬롯과 마늘>도 선댄스 아시아에서 상영됐으며 현재 신작인 <Sawo Matang> 후반 작업 중에 있다. 또한 장편 데뷔작과, 선집 TV 시리즈, 단편 영화 등을 개발 중이다.
Andrea Nirmala Widjajanto is an Indonesian writer/director who splits her time between Toronto and Jakarta. Her first short, <Srikandi> premiered at Toronto, Vancouver, and Sundance Film Festival Asia. Most recently, she co-directed a short documentary <Brown Enough>. <Shallots and Garlic> premiered at Sundance Asia 2022. She is currently working on <Sawo Matang> which is in post-production, and in development for her first feature film, anthology TV series, and other shorts.
