시놉시스Synopsis

어떤 생물의 종을 음식으로 취하면서 동시에 보호하는 것이 가능한 일일까? 디에고 가예고스는 현대의 요리법에서 독특하고 혁신적이면서도 윤리적이고 100% 지속 가능한 모델을 추구하는 자신만의 “길 (Caminho)"을 우리에게 보여준다. 그는 거기에 그치지 않고 주방에서의 지속가능성을 우리가 확신할 수 있는 “길”로 보여주는 동시에 그 이해를 돕기 위해, 또 지속 가능하고 모범적인 소비 모델을 만들기 위해 미쉐린 2 스타를 획득한 전국 셰프 12명을 초대하여 그들의 경험들을 공유하는 자리를 마련한다. 
Is it possible to taste and protect a species at the same time? Diego Gallegos shows us the ¨Caminho¨, where he bets for a unique, innovative, ethical and 100% sustainable model in today's gastronomy. and not satisfied with that, he has invited 12 chefs from all over the country, with 2* michelin, to share their experiences and experiences in order to show and understand sustainability in the kitchen as the ¨caminho¨ for which we must and can bet to achieve a sustainable and exemplary model of consumption.

<디에고 가예고스, 새로운 길>을 공동으로 연출, 각본, 제작한 호세 미겔 시스네로스와 파블로 폴레는 국가 차원의 미식 시청각 커뮤니케이션 및 제작 분야에서 5년 이상 일한 후 스페인 말라가에 ‘토텐 크리에이티브 에이전시’를 설립한다. 두 감독은 오뜨퀴진 및 미슐랭 스타 셰프들과 함께 작업한 경력을 포함, 많은 전문가와 브랜드에 다양한고 창의적인 콘텐츠를 제공하기도 했다. 마케팅, 커뮤니케이션. 영화 연출 등 모든 분야의 경험을 바탕으로 두 사람은 디에고 가예고스를 주연으로 이 작품을 완성했다.

Totten Creative Agency is an agency from Malaga (Spain) formed by Jose Miguel Cisneros and Pablo Pole both direct this short film after having worked for more than 5 years in production and gastronomic audiovisual communication at national level, with diverse and creative proposals that have provided content to many professionals and brands, including in his career and experience having worked hand in hand in haute cuisine and with michelin star chefs. With a background in marketing, communication and film directing both form the tandem that directs, scripts and produces this short-documentary starring by Diego Gallegos.
